Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ace81s ("ace81s", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ace81s website, mobile-optimised platform and all associated services made available at ace81s.cam ("Platform").

By accessing the ace81s Platform, registering an account, making a deposit or participating in any game or promotional activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the ace81s Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must cease using the ace81s Platform immediately. ace81s reserves the right to refuse access to any individual who does not satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Definitions

Throughout this Agreement the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a User on the ace81s Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of a User's available real-money funds, bonus funds and any pending winnings held in an ace81s Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User that may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real-money funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and payment-ownership verification process required by ace81s before processing withdrawal requests.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency on the ace81s Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory in which access to or use of the ace81s Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, instant games, promotional activities and ancillary tools made available through the ace81s Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum cumulative amount a User must wager before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

Account Eligibility

Access to the ace81s Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of account use:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ace81s strictly prohibits the registration of accounts by persons under the age of 21.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not located in or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an ace81s Account that was suspended, terminated or closed for breach of this Agreement.
• You are not a diagnosed problem gambler who has voluntarily self-excluded from online gambling services.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to you.

ace81s reserves the right to conduct periodic eligibility reviews. Users who no longer satisfy the criteria above must contact support immediately to close or restrict their account.

Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered ace81s Account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts, whether using different personal details or payment methods, is a serious breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering an ace81s Account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ace81s will never request your password by email, chat or telephone. You agree to notify ace81s support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.4 KYC Verification

ace81s operates a Know Your Customer verification process. Before processing any withdrawal request, users may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents and evidence of payment ownership. Processing times for KYC reviews may vary depending on document quality and volume.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

ace81s may support the following Malaysian payment channels subject to availability, account status and current operational conditions: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and online banking with Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposit options may be available as indicated on the Platform.

5.2 Deposit Currency

All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a user initiates a deposit in a different currency, any applicable conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate, which may differ from mid-market rates.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements; (c) the withdrawal request not exceeding applicable daily or method-specific limits; and (d) the account being in good standing with no outstanding investigations.

Processing times are typically 5–30 minutes for supported e-wallets and longer for bank transfers, though no specific processing window is guaranteed. ace81s reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request.

5.4 Payment Ownership

All payment methods used on the ace81s Platform must be registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted and use of such methods may result in account suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions

ace81s may offer various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free rounds, birthday rewards, referral bonuses and loyalty tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each campaign, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game contributions and expiry dates.

• Bonus funds must not be withdrawn before applicable Wagering Requirements are met.
• ace81s reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time.
• Suspected abuse of promotional terms, including bonus hunting or arbitrage strategies, may result in voiding of associated bonuses and account review.
• Referral bonuses are payable only on verified referrals that meet all qualifying criteria published at the time of the campaign.
• Birthday bonuses are tier-dependent and subject to verification of the account holder's registered date of birth.

Games & Betting Rules

Games and sports betting markets available through the ace81s Platform are supplied by third-party content providers. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live event results, as applicable. ace81s does not control individual game outcomes.

Sports betting results are settled in accordance with the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of ace81s — acting in good faith and with reference to available evidence — shall be final, subject to any formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

ace81s accepts no liability for any disruption to games or markets arising from connectivity issues on the User's side. Bets placed and accepted by the system prior to a technical interruption on the User's device will stand.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace81s Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with games or markets.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation or sports integrity breach.
• Chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes or use of stolen payment methods.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or circumvent account restrictions.
• Sharing, selling or transferring account access to any third party.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction by circumventing geographic controls.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening or offensive toward ace81s staff or other users.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the ace81s Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software and audio-visual elements, is the property of ace81s or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ace81s Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any ace81s content without express written permission.

Privacy & Data

ace81s collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the ace81s Platform, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ace81s may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to fulfil contractual obligations. ace81s does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You may exercise your data subject rights — including the right to access, correct and request erasure of personal data — by contacting ace81s through the support channels listed in Section 15. Please review the full Privacy Policy at ace81s.cam/privacy-policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace81s, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the ace81s Platform.

ace81s makes no representation that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses. Users access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

ace81s does not guarantee any specific outcome, return-to-player rate or win probability for any individual user. All gambling activities involve risk and past results do not predict or guarantee future outcomes.

Termination

You may close your ace81s Account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

ace81s reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or regulatory instruction. Where a breach has been confirmed, ace81s may retain funds pending investigation.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the ace81s internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent court of the relevant jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law.

ace81s commits to handling all formal disputes with fairness, transparency and reasonable expedition. Users are encouraged to contact support in the first instance before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

Amendments

ace81s reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be given through the Platform, by email or by prominent notice on the ace81s homepage.

Your continued use of the ace81s Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
